What this site collects
This site collects nothing that identifies you unless you email me. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking pixels, and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and images come from this domain.
Your browser’s storage
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser saves that choice in its local storage. If you find the debug-paint easter egg, your browser remembers whether it’s on until you close the tab. Neither setting leaves your device, and you can clear both in your browser settings.
Hosting
Firebase Hosting serves this site. Like any web server, it receives technical data with each page request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. It needs that data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you email me
If you write to contact@stockxit.com, I use your name, email address and message to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. The legal basis is taking steps toward a contract at your request, or my legitimate interest in answering you. I keep emails for as long as the conversation or project needs them, plus any period Belgian accounting law requires for client records. My email runs on Google Workspace, and I don’t share your messages with anyone else.
Service providers
I use two Google services: Firebase Hosting for this site and Google Workspace for email. Google processes the data involved only on my behalf, under its data processing terms. Some of it may be processed outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. You can also ask me to limit or stop using it, or to send you a copy. Email contact@stockxit.com for any of these. If you’re unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
